Work bullshit

If you’re being treated like shit and new employees are getting whatever they want but you get stuck doing shitty work would you find a new job? I’ve been here longer than most people and I get stuck doing one thing and I even talked to my manager about doing more but no I get stuck doing bullshit. And I’m not even seasonal. Seasonal people been here 1 week - 1 month. It’s not fair. I’m just about to quit. I can’t handle the stress being pregnant. I work in retail so of course it’s shitty work anyways. Advice? New job or just stick it out?
