I finished my last clomid pill Friday 11-16-18 today is Sunday and I'm already getting this

I know I'm late. I've read to test 3 days after taken the last dose of Clomid. Clomid can give you a false positive test if you test early. You should ovulate between 5-10days after taken the last dose. I hope this help and much baby dust to you and God bless ❤️
