Watched some raw birth videos- now I’m terrified
I just saw where someone said to go to empoweredbirthproject on Instagram for raw videos of birth. I did and now i am terrified!!! I was already having anxiety about birth but I’ve just made it worse! Does anyone else feel this way? How are you calming yourself about it?? 😱😰
