Hypnobirthing?

Have any of you done it? What are your thoughts and suggestions?

Answer

I haven’t yet but I’m going to do Hypnobabies! They have a hypnosis track for getting over fear of needles and it worked amazingly for me. When my midwife saw how well I did, she told me, “giving birth will be easy for you!” 😄 Hypnosis is amazing.
