i was supposed to start my period like 3-4 days ago...

and about 3 days ago i spotted so i thought i was starting. wore a tampon the last few days and there has been nothing. no bleeding or anything. but im still cramping...

i have never had irregular periods nor am i on any kind of medication to change my cycle or anything.

sooo.... what could be the cause of this??????

any insight would be nice. am i on my period or not 😂
