How far along am I ?? Help!

Question

So I’m confused! I got a BFP on Monday (12th), after my period was 2 days late (due on the 10th). Last period started October 18th. I have cycles about 22 days long, and periods 3-5 days long. The app says I’m about 4 weeks 2 days... but all the info I’m reading is saying that I would be experiencing implantation bleeding and be getting a BFP in a few days.
Am I farther than 4w 2days??

It’s calculated from first day of your last period until you go in for a scan, then they narrow it down

My doctor's office counts from the first day of your last period. Not everyone has implantation bleeding. Once you have your first ultrasound, the doctor will be able to adjust your due date from what they see.
