How did you know you were pregnant with pcos? The symptoms are so similar with pcos🙄😥 what was your very first symptom?

Extreme fatigue. Like nothing I’d ever felt before lol

I didn't even know I was pregnant. I had no symptoms. I found out at my annual dr's visit. I was around two months. I thought the dr and nurse were joking. The dr I went to when I got my very first period at 13 never told me I had pcos, then when I went back at 16 b/c they had stopped for 3months she did a full exam and all she told me was it would be hard for me to get pregnant. Still no diagnosis. Fast forward 8yrs later here comes my baby girl. I called her my miracle baby bc I always thought I couldn't have kids. I just recently found out its pcos that I have.

With my first five pregnancies I knew right away, I was crampy, nauseous, had breast pain, with my last I didn’t have much for symptoms but that ended in MC!
