this probably won’t get seen by anyone but i felt the need to share !

last summer i really let myself go, i didn’t care what people thought of me. i didn’t care what i thought of myself. i was insecure about my weight but to cope i kept eating and just sat around.

i finally thought, “wow if u run 1 mile a day your can be happy with your body” so that’s what i did and here we are...

a total of 16 pounds gone. working on toning now! but i am so proud of myself ! you can do whatever your heart desired💘
