So I know you are suppose to count your first day of your cycle the first time you see red... so here’s my question...

Nov 6th I start spotting brown. Later that night I see red on my pad so I’m thinking this is cycle day 1.

Well then... that’s the only time I see red and then I spot brown until the 10th which is so not normal for me.

Then the 11th I start bleeding red. So my question is... do I count Nov 6 as cycle day 1 or Nov 11?
