Clogged duct?
I have a white spot on my nipple (I’m breastfeeding) I just saw it today after breastfeeding about 4hrs ago. I’ve soaked it in warm water and massaged with a cloth and then breastfed with the same nipple afterwards and the spot is still there. I’m not sure if it’s a clogged duct or a symptom of thrush. Any suggestions?
