5 weeks sore/stinging nipples?

Hi! I’m only about 5 weeks and my nipples started hurting today - even feels like they sting 😖 
Obviously it’s too early to start producing milk/colostrum but so what is going on?!

Mine feel a sharp pain at times, stinging and also a burning feeling. Some days I feel nothing other days it comes back. I’m 5w2d. I’ve been questioning my symptoms since due to previous miscarriages. But then today I was in my room most the day due to migraine and nausea lol

Totally normal. Your hormone levels are producing more blood flow to your nipples in preparation for nursing later on. It’s also because your nipples will rapidly increase in size for the first 2-3 months. 
I started producing Colostrum at 7 weeks pregnant because my hormone levels were so high.
