Late period

If I havnt had sex since my last full period can I be pregnant!!? I’m 5 days late and have been cramping like I’m about to start. I have watery/stickyish discharge. And sore boobs for like a week. I’m pretty sure I ovulated maybe last week I had clear stretchy discharge. I’ve been sick with a cold for a few days maybe that’s affecting it? Someone help!
