Help!

I met this boy and we hit it off immediately. We began texting for hours everyday and we hang out whenever we saw each other. I caught feelings, but during all of this he had a thing with a girl so I didn’t tell him about how I felt or anything. So then, they broke it off and weeks after that he told me he knew I liked him and he said that he found me attractive and that if we became a thing he didn’t want to break my heart like my ex did. Then, he sent me this text out of nowhere (photo below), and now I don’t know what to do. :(
