So I had a miscarriage in July and am now currently pregnant again. I am absolutely TERRIFIED of having another miscarriage. Currently 6 weeks 3 days and am debating whether or not to tell my in-laws on Thanksgiving or wait until later. I'm also unsure how I should tell them (I already told my family). I have always been scared to tell people I'm pregnant, even with the previous pregnancy. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to deal with the fears and anxieties of miscarrying? Or how/when to tell friends and relatives you're expecting again?
