Boobs are small??

So I’m 16 right now and I still where a sports bra because I’m really flat chested and I feel like I shouldn’t be because everyone my age has big boobs so I was wondering if they were gonna get any bigger??

I didn't grow any until after highschool and now I'm a 32C/30D. My sister never did get any 32A. Some people do and some people don't, but all bodies are good bodies.

I was an A cup when I was 16 and now I'm 20 and am a D cup, just give your body time to do it's thing. 
And if it doesn't then that's all good because big boobs aren't all they're cracked up to be.

I had A cups and then my boobs grew to Cs when I was 19 and now depending on the bra I wear Cs or Ds
