Employer Rant

I am a teacher and I just found out from our HR that the admin is planning to give a force leave on December so that the one who will replace me will continue the last quarter of the school year (im in the Philippines S.Y. is from June to March) and it will be more convenient for the schools end. WTF!!!! What about my rights? Isn't it discrimination? It doesn't mean that I am pregnant I can't perform my duties.
