Is pregnancy possible?

So around September 20th my boyfriend and I had Sex with a Condom. I’m also on the pill( have been for 2.5 years) and always take it within the 3 hour window, only once was I at the 3 hour mark. Anyway, the condom didn’t break, i had my next withdrawal bleed mid October but it was lighter than usual And kinda on and off. Now last week, about Nov 15th-now my nipples have been tender and kinda sore. That’s never happened before. I took 2 digital first response tests and they both said no. Are they accurate? Why do my nipples hurt?
