I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant again. This will be my 5th child. I've taken antidepressants during other pregnancies but I can't remember if I was able to take them from the very beginning or if I had to wait till second trimester. I also had to stop breastfeeding my last baby because I had to get back on my meds, and this time around I really want to try to breastfeed ams just take what I can that is safe. I'm currently on Prozac, Abilify, Buspar and Trileptal. I know Prozac is ok to take, but what about the others? I'm seeing my doctor today, but I'm wondering, if the others I'm taking aren't safe, what would be the safe alternatives?
