Does anyone else suffer from heart palpitations from stress and anxiety everyday

Every damn day! Went to the doctor, she said stress and anxiety. But I still get em everyday even when I’m not having anxiety! Had so many EKGs and tests. Saw an actual cardiologist; couldn’t find anything wrong🤷🏼‍♀️

I get them so often that I am 25 and my doc put me on heart rate regulating medicine concor 2.5g for a while. I was upset at first, but it really helped me.

Yes I get them due to my anxiety and holy shit they fucking hurt. I just try really hard to sit down and calm down. Not breathing too hard in because that’s when they hurt like a bitch. They suck.
