Is it normal to cramp on the 8th DPO???
I have now been off my BC for two months. The first month I didn’t cramp at all until AF came. Also this month when I was ovulating I had slight bleeding. This kind of bleeding reminds me of implantation bleeding . But I know it would have been way to early for that to be happening.
