So my husband and i own our own company and we were renting a spot in our friends shop/Warehouse to work om the cars we brought in. We started renting this place around this time last year and we give him around 200 bucks per car that we do. Well these past 4 months this "friend" has taken all of our customers and has told them they are very unreliable and then proceeds to take their cars to someone else. Now it has gotten to the point to where we have to go to dealerships to find work well this "friend" found out which dealerships we were going to and he took our buisness from us he told the dealership we work for him and that we dont do thay anymore and that we dont know what we are doing, so they give him the work. Now it has gotten to the point of where he is following me so he can see what places we are getting work from. So he has cut all of our source of income in this city, he made a bad name for us. He tells everybody we scratched his car and that we over charge this is a pic of what we made a car look like after we took the scratchea out

And now he has the nerve to tell us "you need to start making money to pay me for the spot" and he has now Proceeded to use all of our chemicals and move all of our tables and tools to the other side of the shop (without us knowing, so have of our tolls we use went "missing" because him and his employees moved our stuff when we werent there. I think he stole some of our tools) because he is gonna rent the spot out to someone else. So now we have nowhere to work and no customers and no income to open our own shop now.
