You have some beautiful eyes so you are blessed they look that pretty without eyeliner and can show those bad boys off. You also look beautiful with it for a nice night out on the town, but if you already have natural beauty why not show it off!? 😉

Try the Tattoo liner from Kat von d in brown. Sold at Sephora. You can make a really thin line. Also consider viewing some tutorials on makeup for hooded eyes. I have far more hooded eyes than you, it makes a huge difference.
