So me and my SO went and filled out a marriage license application today and it’s able to be signed starting on the 22nd (thanksgiving) the problem is, since my SO is in the military he leaves on Monday to go back to base and I have no idea what (or who) to use as a notary for the license. Which places are good? My courthouse doesn’t do ceremonies there and I’m pretty sure the other counties courthouses would be closed since thanksgiving.
