Can you feel ovulation with PCOS?

My docs haven't confirmed I have PCOS. I have polycystic ovaries but not any of the other symptoms so they have said that could just be how my ovaries look.
For those of you that know you ovulate with PCOS, can you feel it? I honestly have either dull or sharp pains throughout the month so idk if they're from ovulation or from cysts. Any insights? Thanks!

I didn’t start ovulating until recently due to PCOS and I dunno if it’s because I haven’t ovulated in so long or what but my cramps are horrible during ovulation!!  Btw I am taking Vitex and Maca root to help sort out my hormones so I am able to ovulate.

I have very specific symptoms when I ovulate and I also use OPK and track my BBT. But, yes I do feel it :)

The one time I ovulated without medicine I didn’t feel it at all. I only feel it when I take letrozole and my ovulating ovary feels like a baseball for like a day

Yes i feel exactly the same discomfort the same day i notice ewcm, each month the twinges go from the left then to the right. Lasts on and off around a day, when i stop getting ewcm the pain stops xx
