Nuva ring and cramps

I started my nuva ring in October. This is my second ring. I’ve been having cramps, not anything to serious but I’ve noticed once in awhile I’ll feel a cramp just like period cramps. Is this something I need to worry about? Is it normal? Should I talk to my gyno?
