You shouldn’t be in water hit enough, long enough, to increase your body temperature. The only time I’ve ever heard mention of absolutely not taking a bath is if your water has broken. Then being in bath water could introduce bacteria.

I have spoken to my doctors about it a few times hot baths are okay if they are not to hot. Also as long as your not soaking to long they are fine.

The reason taking a hot bath is different from getting in a hot tub or something is because the water cools down and wont stay just as hot for long enough as when you fill it. Unlike a bath a hot tub regulates the temperature and stays very hot. Also in a bath your whole body doesnt have to be submerged at all times ... I am 35 weeks and i take hot baths all the time. As long as you dont keep adding really hot water it should be fine.

I always have hot baths! With bath bombs it’s the only thing I enjoy to relax, and helps my back!! Not boiling but yeh got enough x I’m 36 weeks x
