Yesterday was our anatomy scan everything looked great ultrasound tech ended the appt by saying she’s healthy then we go to check up with my ob and he explains they seen an Echogentic focus in her left ventricle. I guess it’s a soft marker for Down syndrome. I have to go back for another scan in 2 weeks. Other than that she was perfectly fine and no other indications of Down syndrome. I’m at low risk but still very nervous for this scan. Has anyone else been told this at their scan? I’ve never had anything like this with my son.
