I'm going to say no you are not wrong for feeling annoyed, because that is your emotion and you can have any type of emotion at any given time. But I agree, pick your battles.

lol. This is a completely normal thing. It’s called a pet peeve. Most couples have at least one towards the other. Most common in long term relationships though. 
Mine is when my fiancé leaves his socks lying on the living room floor, when I get my ass chewed out but then he never gets into trouble because he has an excuse every time, and he doesn’t shower as much as I do (I shower a lot though). I also can’t stand that he wears flip flops with jeans.😖 That’s a big one for me. It aggravates the crap out of me.
