Fever but doctor doesn’t know what’s wrong?

I am 37 weeks pregnant I’ve been running fevers the last few days and have had numerous tests ran and doctor
Doesn’t know what’s wrong. Vitals have come back good  so She is running a CBC test what do you think?

Maybe it's just flu season. I had really bad fever and headache early third trimester and the only thing they did was put me on IV and and take 2 extra strength Tylenol. Hope you feel better soon. Keep us posted.

Probably a cold or virus 🤷🏼‍♀️ hope you feel better soon. Rest and stay hydrated
