So back up to my app last week at 36+2. I was still completely closed. No dilation whatsoever. Today at 37+3 I am 2cm dilated. Doctor stripped my membranes and said baby’s head is right there. I finally brought up my concerns about having a big baby (last child was born at 38+5 weighing 9lbs 14oz and got stuck). This baby is causing me to measure weeks ahead but doctor wasn’t concerned until today when I brought up my last child’s birth weight. So I have to go for a growth ultrasound Thursday to see just how big this baby is. Hoping baby girl comes ASAP.
