Spinning while pregnant

One thing I love to do is spin around in a computer chair bc it's fun but the last time i did I got a cramp in my abdomen and i felt like vomiting really bad. I didn't throw up thankfully but I was freaked out. I'm only 9w5d but that cramp killed me. It was so painful I had to lay down. Do you think it was a coincidence or is the spinny chair doing damage to my baby?
