Diva Cup?

Considering buying a diva cup. What is your experience with them? Are they worth it? Easy to use the first time? Any tips on using them?

Life changing. It’s been 7 years and I will never ever go back to pads or tampons, I hate them so much. I love being active, being able to swim and sleep with no worry. I have a copper IUD so a crazy heavy flo, plus I work 15-18 hours a day so it’s awesome cause I only have to change it at morning and night in the shower

Yes they work amazing! I just put my Mom on it and shes in love with it! Im a track athlete in college that is constantly running and traveling every weekend so there's barely time to relax from flying to driving in the road 8+ hours sometimes. I used to use tampons and pads but they are no longer any use for me. Its easy and you spend much less than buying pad and tampons weekly. You can keep it in for up to 12hours or less and you dont feel a thing! Plus im very body conscious about putting things in my body this is a great alternative. One con is if its not properly placed it can leak FYI.

I love it! You just have to make sure it’s in correctly or it will leak. It’s worth it for me because you can wear it for up to 12 hours. If you’re busy you don’t need to worry about changing it constantly like pads or tampons.

Love it! And I'm saving more money since I don't have to buy tampons. It's kind of hard to get it right the first few times. But what I do is fold it, put it in then almost pull it out so then the cup can open up, push it back in and then turn it to make sure it's secure. Just make sure you wear a panty liner with it until you get the hang of it.

I have a Diva cup, in Canada were very limited on cup companies. As a nullipara I use the #1 cup. I love it when I have my cycle, 12 hour shifts worked in a hospital and I've never had an issue. My flow isn't heavy enough now to use a tampon or pad which is great I'mnot risking TSS, but when it was heavier and I used my diva cup it was a game changer. Less bathroom checks for 'leaks' and knowing I can move without needing to be stiff as a board incase. I would certainly recommend.

I would get a lena to start with. Go to their page & they’ll email you a coupon also. I couldn’t ever get the diva cup to work & gave up on cups for years. 
I have the femmycycle now & when I get it right I love it. But I can’t figure out what I do dif on those times. My 15 yr old daughter has one also & she LOVES it. It took a lot of convincing her to try it, but now she’s hooked.
