Breaking up

My boyfriend wants to break up with me because lately I been very lazy . I still manage to get up cook breakfast and lunch so he can take his lunch to work .. I go to bed early and don’t ask him for help with the baby I feel as if it’s my job since I’m at stay at home mom 😿 I don’t get it . We have a one year old and we were already trying for a second baby , and now if he doesn’t want to be with me I don’t know what will happen
