It depends . Usually whenever I get no ice it’s because I’m sick or starting to feel sick 🤒 so if that’s the case then yes I would send it back because it would just irritate my throat more . I know some people get no ice in their drinks at places that don’t offer refills . Also reasonable .

I’d tell them “oh you forgot something!” And put my hand in the drink and pull out the ice cubes and give them back. :) I’ve had to before because the server was being a dick. But if they’re a nice lad then I’d just ask if they could bring another without ice.
