Alternating between diarrhea and constipation
Please tell me I’m not the only one. My bowels are so messed up. Before I got my positive pregnancy test I had diarrhea for a few days and then this past weekend I was constipated and now I’m back to diarrhea today. I’m 4 weeks pregnant today. Anyone else dealing with messed up bowels? How do you cope? Thank you!
