It’s normal to take a while. It’s different for everyone, for how long it takes and how you stimulate to orgasm. Some people only need penetration some need only clit stimulation, or both etc. I think you should be open to your partners and try exploring different things because sex isn’t just about male pleasure

Try clit stimulation at the same time you can rub with your fingers or use a vibrator. I personally prefer a vibrator, no I've never faked an orgasm. With my SO he always asks if I cum, most of the time he can tell if I do. No point in lying or you will be sexually frustrated and your partner wont know how to please you.
