Pain in lower abdomen

So I had my period which just stopped yesterday. It was a normal period, although quite heavy. I am also on birth control. Today since I woke up I’ve been having pain probably about an inch above my pubic bone. It hurts pretty bad when pressing there. What in the world could it be? I haven’t had pain anywhere else
