Road trip & morning sickness?!

My husband and I are driving to our home town this week and my morning sickness is SO HORRIBLE. I’m going to be in the car for 8 hours overnight (I wish I had a choice on the time of day) but I’m wondering if anyone had any tips to ease some of the nausea especially in the car? I’m so dreading this trip 😭

Cinnamon gum always helped me, lemon drops & lemon water to sip on..Have you tried these? Might help? Hope it goes by quickly and you can find some ease during the ride 😊

Ask your doctor if you can take some gravol or similar anti-nausea medicine. I was allowed during my pregnancies but for some women it is not advised. Otherwise lemony water helped me, and I always had a bucket just in case (sorry to be graphic but life happens).

Drink 7up or sprite ginger candy also, you can find at a cvs or Walgreens...
