I want to eat but nothing seems appealing at the same time 🤦🏻♀️ all day long and if I get a tiny bit hungry it turns into a sick feeling

Don’t you hate when you eat, but it’s not enough, so you’re still hungry? It’s like I have to eat every two hours. I’m writing this post while eating some raviolis and thinking about what else I can eat lol😩😩😩.
