Ovarian cyst or pregnant?

To the point I’m 6 days late, taken two pregnancy test both negative. One when I was 2 days late and the other 5 days late. I have a friend who has a ovarian cyst and what symptoms you might have if you have one. I’m kinda confused because the symptoms are pretty vague. Lately I’ve haven’t been able to seem full when I eat. Will be Making an appointment at the end of the month if my period doesn’t come. I’ve had clear discharge and now some white discharge not a lot.
