Do you tell your so when someone hits on you or compliments you?

I was just at the convenience store this morning, and the cashier asked whether the fact that I have a ring on my left hand meant that I am married. And I said yes. He laughed and said okay. He seemed disappointed. I often get ided too, even though I am way older than 19😂. It makes me very happy to get hit on, and makes me happy when people think I'm young, but I can tell my husband gets annoyed when I say that someone complimented me, or I got ided. So, I didn't mention the wedding ring thing this morning.
