Backwards uterus, Mirena - bleeding & cramping

So I got my mirena exactly a week ago today. I’m sure my period is finished (as of 3 days ago) and now it’s just the small sporting/bleeding of the insertion of the mirena.

2 days after insertion, I woke up at 3am with the worst cramps & pain of my life. I ended up vomiting from the pain. Went to the hospital, had an ultrasound and turns out I have a backwards uterus (like my mother)

Could the pain and cramping (still sore to this day) be due to the backwards uterus or is this normal?
