Can't believe that's me 7 week pregnant already trying my hardest to keep my hopes up and not think to much on what could go wrong and just enjoy being pregnant again

Got my first appointment on Friday I've never had anything go wrong after my first appointment when I was pregnant with my son so hopefully it will be the same with this pregnancy ☺ ☺ 😊 😊

Still can't believe I'm pregnant again still seems unreal keep checking every morning and every night to make sure the only symptom I have got is still there which is sore breasts

After Friday I should be able to relax more ☺ ☺ 😊 😊
