We have a pretty standard schedule of sleeping 7:30p to 7a without a problem. Some day my 19m will nap for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hrs. Now for the past few weeks I have done his naptime routine, books and rocking and put him in his crib and he starts crying as I’m laying him down in there. Some days he’ll go down in 20m, other days he will cry for a full hour until I go in there. What gives?! Anyone else have a kid that just won’t go down for a nap? I’m so frustrated. I refuse to spend my afternoon letting him sleep on my which is what he wants to do. He will fall asleep on me in 2 seconds, but won’t let me lay him down.
