Lactation brownie?

Anyone use milky mama brownies  to increase supply?  Been pumping about 4 oz.. but lately have only been getting 2-3 at a time even though I'm pumping every 3 hours. Wondering if they're worth it. Or what else you may do to increase your supply! Thanks

I tried the emergency brownies from milky mama and they did nothing! I was so disappointed 😞

You need to add your pumping sessions. I'm also a working mom and pump every 2 hours even though my supply wasn't as good and Healthy nursing tea helps me producing enough that I have not to supplement him.

Mrs. Patel’s and Milkful bars worked best for me, as far as pretty immediate (4-5 hours) results in higher supply. However, like all lactation supplements (except Legendairy supplements) have to me, they had side effects of stomach discomfort and gassiness that was then passed down to my baby. Try a small amount of any lactation booster or see if you can get samples. Legendairy has been consistently the best.
