When you went to regular doctors visits was the baby looked at as their adjusted age or actual age?

My daughter was born at 30 weeks she’s now 4 months actual 2 months adjusted but her pediatrician has her weight and height scales set to a 4 month old.

So according to a 4 month old baby she’s coming in at a smaller size (to be expected)

She’s 10 pounds 11 ounces which would be perfect for a 2 month old.

He’s talking about doing labs and all kinds of stuff to make her gain weight but she should be fine right?

Because she is really only 2 months her development is right on track?

Am I crazy here?
