Throbbing breast pain

Kinda freaking out. Am 6 weeks 5 days pregnant and today I woke up
With a throbbing pain on my left breast. The pain lasts for a few seconds and then goes away. I’ve had this since morning today and am about to go bed and it’s still
Throbbing on and off. I know about the normal tenderness of the breasts and sensitivity but never head of this before. I’ve also taken paracetamol but it’s not helping PLEASE HELP!
