Plus size abdominal binder?

So I’m a size 18. I didn’t have a flat stomach prior to pregnancy and this will be csection #2. Since I have the gut over hang is there a postpartum wrap for my size? I wasn’t offered one after my first csection 3 years ago at the same size I am now so idk if that’s cause of my size or what. If you have a stomach with the pooch at the bottom does the binder still help? Do you lift up your gut before putting it on? I know I’m overthinking but I’m curious 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
