Breast pump
So I’m 32+2 and I just received my breast pump in the mail today. I’ve been reading that I should learn how to use it before the baby is here, however I’m confused how I should go about that. Do I actually hook myself up and pump for a little bit? I am producing colostrum already, but I thought pumping too early could cause contractions. Not sure what I’m suppose to do.
