Hello ladies,

I'm 17.4 weeks pregnant and as of 3 days ago i started experiencing sudden tightness in my lower part of my belly and somr4hung pulling the weight down. Sometimes they come with slight stabbing pains but sometimes without. They go.once I lay down but they have been stopping me from my 30 min treadmill walk this week. I went to ER and they checked my cervix and baby and all was good. Doc said it could be uterus expanding or UTI. I'm waiting for urine results now and been drinking more water. Im still kinda worried though and not sure if I should go back to my 30 min brisk walk a day. Any of you experienced these symptoms before?
